What accounting software do you use?
I'm certified in AgExpert Accounting and QuickBooks.However, I serve in excel and google spreadsheets too.I use online software so that you can access all of your financial data in real time from anywhere.
How much do you charge?
When it comes to finance one size does not fit all. Your investment is based on many factors including size of business, services needed, number of bank accounts, transactions, accounts payables and receivables, etc. In order to quote you correctly I need to have the full scope of your operation and what you are looking for, which I gather through a free discovery call and application form.
Do you prepare bank loan applications?
YES! Since I worked at two of the big 5 financial institutions I know what lenders are looking for. A streamlined application often results in quicker turn around, lower rates, and less collateral.Bank compliance and loans are additional services. Book a discovery call to explore your needs.
Where are you located?
I live near my husbands' family crop farm, just north of Lethbridge, Alberta.However, with online software and video meetings, remote is a great option!That being said, I value face-to-face meetings and am willing to come to you within reason. With family farming in Vermilion, I make my way to that part of the province fairly often.
Are you a Certified Professional Accountant (CPA)?
No. I cannot provide Compilation of Engagement or Audited statements.I do file personal tax returns which includes Sole Proprietors and Partnerships.
